Elderbob Brannan, a friend of Youthbridges, asked us if we would like to interview Celest who is home schooled due to chemotherapy for an illness. Celest goes to school every day she can using Skype Video! Elderbob posted all the shownotes on his blog, The Spark that drives Web 2.0 - Technology in the Classroom. We worked up some questions and aside from some technical problems, carried on with our interview. We hope to have another meeting soon. Thanks Celest, Brian Crosby and his students, and Elderbob for joining us for a great visit. Thanks to Elderbob for editing our audio! Richard and Andrew did the interview.

Hello Future WebHeads of Ms. Baber's class!
I am a WebHead from Kamloops, British Columbia, the western-most province in Canada. I know both Ms. Baber and ElderBob Brannan though online communication; this morning at our regular WebHead discussion, ElderBob told us about your collaboration with a school across the country via Skype.
I've just finished listening to your interview and I had to comment on how professional it was for students at an eighth grade level. The questions were thoughtful and interesting and served to lead the discussion among the various participants. Richard and Andrew came across as personable and patient, communicating clearly and engagingly with their younger counterparts as well as the adult participants. Nevermind the nature of this "good-news story", I had a smile on my face at the thought of how cool it is to be able to use technology in this manner.
Well done, class! Now, my question to you is, where will this technolgy take you next?
All the best in future podcasts,
Leanne Mackenzie
